Another name for Sainsfrida was Senfrie.
SAINSFRIDA [Senfrie] . Guillaume de Jumièges records that "in domo forestarii...hospiti suo...uxorem suam Sainfriam" rejected the advances of Richard I Comte [de Normandie] and sent "Gunnorem sororem suam" to his bed in her place. She and her three sisters, as well as their husbands, are named by Robert de Torigny. The Chronicle of Alberic de Trois-Fontaines names "Seufriam" as sister of "Gunnor uxor…Richardi Normannis ducem".
