Cause of his death was Killed..1 General Notes: WILLIAM Comyn (-killed Merrington 1144). The Continuatio of Simeon of Durham records that "juvenis miles Willelmus nepos Willelmi Cumin" attacked the church of St John at Merrington but was killed, in 1144. He and his brothers established themselves at the Scottish court before 1140. 1 |
