GIOVANNA di Monferrato ([1107]-1191). Orderic Vitalis names her parents and specifies that her marriage was arranged by her uterine half-sister, Adélaïde de Maurienne Queen of France, but does not give her own name.

m (Jan 1127) as his second wife, GUILLAUME "Clito" de Normandie, son of ROBERT III "Curthose" Duke of Normandy & his wife Sibylle de Conversano (Rouen 1101-St Omer, Abbey of St Bertin 27 Jul 1128, bur St Omer, Abbey of St Bertin). He succeeded in Mar 1128 as GUILLAUME I Count of Flanders . 1


Giovanna married Guillaume de Normandie, son of Robert III de Normandie Duc de Normandie and Sibilla di Conversano, in Jan 1127. (Guillaume de Normandie was born about Jan-Mar 1103 in Rouen, Seine-Maritime, Haute-Normandie, 76000, FR,1 died on 27 Jul 1128 in Abbaye Saint-Bertin, Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, 62500, FR 1 and was buried in Abbaye Saint-Bertin, Saint-Omer, Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, 62500, FR 1.). The cause of his death was Died from wounds received during siege of Aalst.
