The Obituary of Lyre records the death 25 May of "Hawis comitissa Gloecestrś". The Annals of Tewkesbury record the death "VIII Kal Mai" in 1197 of "Hawisa comitissa Glocestriś". The necrology of Lyre monastery records the death "25 May" of "Hawis comitissa Gloecestrś".
