SALOP. Inq. taken at Morton Corbet, Wednesday after the Epiphany, 19 Richard II.

She died seised of the under-mentioned manors, lands etc. in her demesne as of fee.

Shaweburi. The manor, held of the king in chief by knight's service, except the dower of Elizabeth, who was the wife of Fulk Corbet, brother of the said Roger, lands of John de Withiford in Withiford and Shaweburi and two mills in Shaweburi, which John Mowethe holds by the law of England through Elizabeth, daughter and heir of the said Fulk, whom he married.

Moorton. The manor, held of the king in chief by knight's service.

Upton Wateres. The manor, held of the baron de Tirleye, service unknown.

Ivelith by Shuffenhale. A messuage and half a virgate of land, held of the lord of Chetewynde, service unknown.

Laweleye. The manor, whereof two-thirds are held of the manor of Moorton, service unknown, and one third of Thomas de Eyton by service of 5s. yearly and suit to his court of Eyton every three weeks.

Blecheleye. The township, held of the lord of Stoke, by service of 12s. and 1 lb. cummin yearly.

Culseys. The township, held of the baron de Tirleye, service unknown.

Bouleye upon Hyneheth. The township, held of the abbot of Shrewsbury, service unknown.

Routon and Ambaston. The townships held of the king in chief, service unknown.

Shrewsbury. Divers lands and tenements, held of the king as free burgage.

Southbache. A messuage and land adjacent, held of the lord of Stanton, service unknown.

She died on Sunday after St Martin last. Robert Corbet, aged 12 years and more, is her son and heir.

Shaweburi. 2 water-mills, a tenement formerly of Hugh Williamesson, a tenement formerly of William Robynes, 2 places of pasture and 2 meadows, held of the king as parcel of the manor of Shaweburi, services unknown.

Withiford. 2 messuages formerly of Richard Crowe, a messuage formerly of Richard Tuder, a messuage formerly of Edith de la Hay and a cottage, held of the king in chief, service unknown. John Mowethe has occupied the premises since the said Margaret's death, title unknown.
