WILLIAM "the Boy of Egremont" (-drowned Bolton Wharf after 1155). The Cronicon Cumbriæ names "Willielmum puerum de Egremund" as the son "Willielmus", son of "Doncani comes de Murrayse", and his wife Alice, adding that he died young. "Aaliz de Rumelli" donated property to Pontefract Priory, with the consent of "Willielmi filii mei", for the soul of "domini mei Willielmi filii Dunecani", by undated charter. Lord of Egremont. ¹
