  General Notes:

He [Nicholas Peyvre] married, 1stly, Margaret (i). He married, 2ndly, Avice (----), who survived him, and in January 1365/6 was wife of William DE CLOPTON. He died 13 September 1361 (k), and was buried with his 1st wife in Toddington church.

(i) Possibly a daughter of Robert de Arderne abovementioned. In 1350 Sir Nicholas and Margaret his wife had papal licence to choose a confessor.

Margaret married Nicholas Peyvre 3rd Baron Peyvre, son of Paul Peyvre 2nd Baron Peyvre and Elizabeth.¹ (Nicholas Peyvre 3rd Baron Peyvre was born on 24 May 1318,¹ died on 13 Sep 1361 ¹ and was buried in St. George's Church, Church Square, Toddington, Bedfordshire, LU5 6BP, GB ¹.)
